Exercise programming that is variable and progressive and geared towards building strength and staying healthy
Expertise from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning specialist to both build strength and reduce risk for injury
Unlimited access to online videos and instructions
Access via phone/text for questions and accountability
Option for monthly in-person or virtual meetings to review your goals and progress
