Here at Outlive Performance Physical Therapy, we understand the importance of incorporating structured strength programming into your rehabilitation journey to help you achieve your goals of reducing pain, improving movement quality, enhancing strength, and performing at your best.

Our kettlebell programming allows you to add some variety to your training and take a break from the typical barbell workouts that so many of our clients are used to. By incorporating these kettlebell programs into your recovery plan, you can continue to actively work towards a stronger, healthier you.

kettlebell Programming

This program is all about kettlebells! It includes 4 workouts per week with an emphasis on both strength and interval cardio training.

Over the course of the week, you will explore many different kettlebell movements ranging from very basic strength movements (not easy, just basic movements with which you may already be familiar) to some much more complex and dynamic movements that you may have never seen before.

It’s a great program if you want to add some more variety to your training and take a break from the typical barbell workouts that you’re used to. You may even decide to blend a couple days a week of these movements with your usual strength training workouts. This will allow you to get movement and load in different planes of movement to make you stronger all around and more resilient and resistant to injury. 5-Week Kettlebell Program

This program gets you away from your usual barbell workouts for 5-weeks and introduces you to a variety of kettlebell movements ranging from beginner to intermediate.

This program is offered as a one-time purchase.
